Returns & Exchanges

Our mission is for you to be happy every time you wear a Brite Vegan item. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then we would be glad to complete an exchange or return for you within 14 days of receipt of shipment. For a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item from Brite Vegan Clothing Co. and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, then you can do so by emailing us with the information below at support@briteveganclothing.com. We will waive the shipping on the exchanged items.

Returns

Items returned to Brite Vegan Clothing Co. must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. All returns should be shipped via insured, traceable mail in a secure package.
